【诚招兼职推销员： 一个做好事的机会】
推销员是交流技巧的集大成者。
那些向不需要某个产品的顾客推销的人，是商人；
那些向真正需要某个产品的顾客推销的人，是好人。
诚招兼职业务推销员三名。
推销产品：一项迎合San Diego华人日常生活刚需，但尚未有替代品的信息产品。
推销对象：San Diego 本地客户。
要求如下：
1、 未来两到三个月（六月至八月）有充足的空闲时间，三人业务总量为40~50单；
2、 有爱心，有热情，有责任感；
3、 相貌端庄，举止大方，谈吐清晰，具有较好的沟通技巧和相当的亲和力；
4、 需要有便携的平板电脑或笔记本电脑作为产品展示工具；
5、 需要能够驾车前往客户所在地（均位于San Diego本地）。
工作报酬将以commission的形式支付，以每单金额（非每单利润）的15~20%起。
我们会为推销员提供精心设计的产品展示材料和基本培训。在我们初步接触的客户群中有80%展示了强烈的合作意愿。我们只需要推销员本人以诚恳的心态面对客户。

A local San Diego Start-up company is looking for short term interns and long term partners in Marketing and Business Development.
Expected background and experience:
· Excellent English communication skills
· Speaking Chinese is a plus but not required
· Business, Marketing or Sales background or experience
· Online Marketing and Social Media experience
· Google Analytic, and SEO knowledge is a plus but not required
· Understand HTML/CSS is a plus but not required
You will plan, create, implement and manage various online campaigns to generate and nurture quality sales leads for sales team. Your focus will be on generating new traffic and optimizing conversions of different sales channels. You will monitor and implement accurate tracking of various marketing programs and develop reporting and data-driven recommendations on best practices. You may involve Email marketing, SEO, etc.
